Quick Tip: BMW & Mini Cooper- Secret Window Controls

I got a 2012 Mini Cooper color red and black hardtop. When I hit the unlock button on my key, it rolls down the windows. And when I hit the lock button on my key it didn’t close those windows. So I just use that manual key to lock it and it closes up the windows. Thanks for your help!

So when its raining i dont have to get soaked because i left the windows cracked😅. This is amazing. But my sunroof gets stuck all the time, so i just tried it and closing the windows wont work...😢

I can open the windows with the key but I can not close it tbh I actually need it cause I often let the windows open it's kinda helpful to close the windows without entering the car

This works on 10th gen Hondas to as far as the holding the lock button to get the windows down

Is mini a luxury vehicle? Why didn’t it get the beep beep as an alarm? Like even the lexus is250 have that i have a 2010 mini cooper im just shocked

How do you program the car/remote to close The windows? I just found out about opening them, then I just saw your video closing the windows with remote. I want mine to do that, lol

I hate this feature! It's so easy to accidentally press the unlock button when away from the car. Can this feature be disabled?
