I'm french, I was in that rally, and I am shocked by the stupidity and ignorance of the anti-muslim, antisemit, antiwhite comments below. It was a calm, unified gathering, with people of all religions and atheists. We have no problems with muslims, thank you. We want to live peacefully, together, within a laic republic; I am agnostic, I have jewish, muslim, american, mexican,  friends.  It's because of extremist ideas like yours that terrorism spreads. Use your brain, learn history in books and get proper information before spitting  hatred to the faces of the victims of terrorists, who were jews, muslims, or atheists, but ALL french in this case, not to mention most countries in the world where terrorism, war, hunger, dictature strike. It's not a matter of nation. It's a matter of global justice. We need to stand all together for peace and democracy.
