I did this back in college. I stopped all of 45 in front of U of H. Dog ran off freeway. I got back in the car and that's when I realized just how dangerous this was.

This is soooo sad. Particularly because of a wonderful human being trying to help a homeless dog. He's a hero for canines and humans as well. Prayers to his family and friends. As well as the dog. What happened to it?
