Just a correction. The partition agreement was not between Israel and the Palestinians. The partition agreement was between Israel and the Arab countries. The Palestinian people was only invented in 1964. The part of Gaza belonged to Egypt and the part of Judea and Samaria belonged to Jordan. There was no Palestinian nation that claimed ownership of the territory
