I fixed it with zip ties inside the bag

You have to unzip the liner and expose the rails. There are two pegs sticking out that won’t go in. I zip tied them shut and it works.

I had my samsonite suitcase for 6 years and now the handle gave out just like in the video. I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix or replace it.

if only i knew that samsonite has this handle issues, i will not buy it! only bought my luggage 2 days before my flight and when i got to the country of my destination, the handle was broken. and i am here trying to figure out what will i do with the broken luggage that only carries my 8kg clothes. 😡
