Pile 3: I used to be an empath, but i am no more an empath at all. I don't even care these days and I have created a strong mindset of not to give much to others. And I love my own time and space and Nothing bothers me anymore. I have also set strong foundations where i have stopped giving shit. Thank you for your reading 🌼

For the group 3 empathy specific part of the reading. It is what has held me back, you weren’t wrong with it being a hinderance. I haven’t built boundaries to protect myself because I hate the angst that I feel from others when they are going through stress. Because of this, I offer too much of my own time and energy to solve their problems. This has lead me to feel overwhelmed, under appreciated, and drained.

Pile 3 - the only way I would let go of my dreams, which I have the career, home and kids, no of which drain me more necessary, is if I knew they were a guarantee. Raising kids is hard, maintaining a home on your own is hard sometimes, and a fast track to management is challenging but all in their respective times/ways. It doesn't leak into other area. All I want is active friendships, not TXT or social media -not my thing, in person regular hangouts and a partner. I spend probably all my free time trying to figure out ways to release my desire because everyone says that the only way it will come. To release lack and only love what you have. But when I try to do this it literally feels like I am breaking my heart to give up on something I have spent my whole life wanting. I have so much love I want to give. I get I have to give some to myself, but it's not enough.

I was just telling my bf that my current situation is draining me so much, that I know there is no way for me to sustain this much longer. I'm so tired, but having so little sleep. I'm barely existing at the moment. i desire change in every area, but have no idea how it will come about. Pile 3: been physically sick for weeks now, also feeling drained and stressed cuz of work. I work as a psychiatric nurse, but last week so many patients have been unstable that it affected my energy as well. Just got crystals to protect my energy more.
