Something I would add: a set of welding torch tip cleaners. Hear me out; those things are a set of minature gauged files with specific sizes, and that makes them perfect for nut adjustments (though making a new nut from scratch with them would be mission impossible.) If you realize one of your nut slots isn't cut right, just give it a quick filing with the cleaners & you're good to go.

One very valuable thing that you should mention having, though, is a bass player who is extremely good at setting up action on guitars. I've had many band members over the years who have found me invaluable for that reason. 😆

When I took a vacation in August, I took a week off of work and checked out some Open Mics here in Colorado. When I left home I thought I had everything I needed. I took both my guitars, my Fender Mustang 1 amp, my harmonicas . my Boss SD 1 Super Overdrive pedal and my digital camera. What did I forget ? both my battery chargers for my cell phone and my camera. So I ended up buying chargers for them both. I hope next time I check things twice before leaving again.
