Suppressors aren't bearable arms, yet, somehow auto key cards are

Everyone should want this. They don't turn you into an assassin, they just lower noise pollution.

Any governmental agency that puts this much effort to attempt to twist the law to infringe on rights needs to be abolished ASAP.

Imagine a government agency demanding a $200 tax and take a year or more to approve a piece of safety equipment for use with a constitionally protected right.

Calling a suppressor a firearm is like calling earplugs an ear.

If, according to the ATF, suppressors are not bearable arms, why would they have any say at all???

If the government is arguing suppressors are not arms, then they should have no authority to regulate them under the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and FIREARMS, right?

If the standard for regulation set by the Supreme Court is "Dangerous and unusual" and if the "in common use" standard set was 200, 00 once there are over 200, 000 tax stamps for suppressors and short barrel rifles wouldn't they now be considered "in common use" and no longer subject to regulation under the NFA?

It always warms my black dead heart whenever I hear about the NFA losing an important case, or them being stripped of ANYTHING.

It's important to mention that almost no crimes are committed with suppressors.

I cant believe that supressors are even regulated. Most people use them for hearing protection, but they are still loud enough to where you can still hear the gunshot.

Hoping this case actually makes it up to the Supreme Court, settle the matter for the whole union

The ATF lost indefinitely when 3D printers were created. Tech will continue to advance and it will become increasingly easier to make high quality parts at home.

hopefully this will persuade more states to challenge the ATF

When is a federal judge going to issue an injunction against the ATF for the short barrel/pistol brace rule?

Conroe, Texas resident here. This is why I'm holding off on buying a suppressor for the time being. If this goes the way I 🙏 it does, I will be happy to not have to pay the fed $ for owning a firearms accessory. And that is what a suppressor is: an accessory that has benefit.

As a native Texan, this makes me smile.
