📄 ABOUT ME:
My mission is to help young women everywhere become their BEST SELVES and create their dream life. Self-improvement and self-love transformed my life. It took me from being the shy, insecure, unmotivated girl who was always hurt by men... to being the woman who prioritises herself everyday, achieves the goals on her vision board, takes herself on dates, feels fulfilled when alone, has a newfound confidence AND has power over her dating life. I found my purpose in life after working on myself and I want to help and inspire YOU to do the same.

So I am in second year of my uni and the advice is SO ON POINT. I have faced majority of these things and learnt the hard way. I wish someone had told me before. I literally look at Tam as my big smart sis❤

THIS IS WHAT I NEEDED!😭💗
life tip!

I totally agree with with that having small amount of friends is wayyy better than having too many friends. I tried making so many friends(as I'm scared of being alone) but after some weeks I saw how toxic the group is(consists of 10-12 people). Taking behind back, b*tching about others, betraying others, I felt so alone even when I'm with more than 10 people.
so I distanced myself from them. I know they still talk about me behind my back but idc. I'm more happy with myself and my online friends than with them.

I agree with most things, but I just wanted to say to new college students: Don't focus too much on your future.

Yeah, it's great to have a head start, get an internship or part-time job in a place that will look good on your resume, join clubs and stuff that will catch the attention of your future employers, but remember that uni is a unique moment in your life that gives you the chance to figure stuff out, try new things, learn new subjects and make mistakes!!!! Once you're out of uni there's a lot less time and space to do these things, so don't push yourself too much into a career path that maybe will not be what you want by the time you graduate. Look for activities that interest you, oversleep when you can, be open to things that you never thought you would like, give people a chance to surprise you.

Also, hookup culture might not be the right thing for you, but don't dismiss going out with someone because it's a "waste of time", I don't think it is. I would say that college is a great time to find out what you like and don't like, and that applies to romantic and sexual needs and wants as well. Not every hookup or date is just for the guy to use you! You can enjoy going out with a nice guy/girl and just kissing and talking, or a casual one-night stand because you like feeling someone's body, it can just be for fun! If it will make you feel something, whatever that is, it is not a waste of time. Of course, don't force yourself into it if you don't want to, always respect yourself if dating or hooking up is not something that makes you feel good, but just be open to other experiences that are not just related to studying and working and building your future career.

Some friends are temporary, to have a good time, just as dating and hooking up, don't exclude people from your life at uni just because they don't serve your career goals or college goals. They can bring so much joy into your life, even when you know that you won't be friends forever, or that they don't have the same future goals as you. Embrace people with kindness and openness.

I'm in my last semester at uni and I can say that I have really done it all and I have no regrets. College is a wonderful experience that you can only enjoy like this once in a lifetime, so live it to the fullest (:

I graduated a few years back but your videos are so damn inspiring! Everything you said is so true avoid the drama, find genuine friendships in smaller groups and work hard! Don't get distracted by other people and push yourself. There were so many times that I went out drinking and skipped lectures the next day because hell uni is supposed to be fun NO! It shows when you get your results or you suddenly realise that your essay is due in two weeks and you've been too busy partying and completely forgot about it.

After listening to your toxic friends podcast i finally cut off that one childhood friend that was toxic to me to the point i couldn't make anymore friends. I also realized some of my toxic traits and am working on it. Thank you for helping and posting such great content.

I should have got this video during my 1st year. Now I am seeing this in my 4th year. Who is lonely as hell, struggling to pass, no memories, toxic experience with people and praying God to end this 4th year as fast as possible. In between this depression, iam hoping to get a job. #hell #depression

But I have seen other videos of yours....they are really ultimate guide for life. Thank you sissy ❤

I'm gonna watch this before my university. Everything you're talking is 100/100 true. And some of them we can see them in highschool also. Like popular "friend" groups. TRUE TRUE TRUE

13:25 - I have a big friend group. I honestly cannot remember now how we started, but as long as I remember we got together when we got nominated as class officers. We just clicked I guess? And I'm thankful to be part of a group of high achievers, fun and serious at the same time. A blessing. It's rare to find this in the Philippines where mostly people will step on others just to be better than them. ❤ I loved this video Ms. Tam Kaur! Hoping to meet you in the future to thank you personally for helping me and a lot of people.
