Don't change Culture by changing the Culture

To change culture you always must start with the structure. Once you change the structure, behavioral change will follow and thus the culture.

you are not communicating clearly, and you don’t explain what you mean by “the structure”? …even though we are 💯 in sync that behavior is the key signature, because it’s not enough to communicate values without a continuous practice of behavior over time = The Culture Change
