Chromecast With Google TV Review: Is it Worth it in 2024?

Google was one of the first with the Google Chromecast. Fast forward to 2022, and now you have a Chromecast that runs the full version of Google TV. Today I am reviewing the 1080p Version of the Google Chromecast. How good is it? Is it the best bang for your buck? Is it worth it in 2024?

Why would you review the HD version of this and not the 4K? I have the 4K version and as far as casting to the television it is absolutely perfect, no glitches. It also depends on the quality of your phone, I have the pixel 8 Pro and it is flawless. Something to keep in mind, for those of us that have multiple TVs in the house, I have five 4K TVs, each one with a Google TV dongle on it and that makes it very simple to start watching YouTube TV or anything else in one room turn it off go into the bedroom and pick up exactly where you left off. Same with my motorhome, watching something in the living room and switch to the bedroom and resume right where you left off. Those kind of features are important for those of us that gave up cable but subscribed to the Google suite of channels. Having these inexpensive dongles on the back of each set doesn't cost a monthly subscription fee like the cable company was charging for their boxes. Another feature, I replaced satellite TV in my motorhome with these and when I travel to a new area it will automatically switch to the new new television zone in a different state without me having to be on the telephone to dish Network for 30 minutes trying to get the new locations local channels. It's a superior product to Roku and the other streaming services for these reasons. I did try out the Onn streaming box and it does work exactly like the Google dongle does and it's basically a carbon copy. Google will be replacing the 4K dongle shortly with its new model, looking forward to a review of that.

Hii just using Google cromecast but facing little problem 

While pressing voice assistant popup opens late takes 3 seconds 



And while content selection animation gets lag for a while and my auto app update is also not working 
I have indian version
