That's the Old Hag (demon), happens during sleep paralysis. It's not a dream, you're awake but you can't physically move anything except you're eyelids, eyes & look around. Nothing else moves no matter how much you try nothing moves & you can't even scream.
The only thing that stops it is prayer. Know this from experience. It felt like minutes but I know it was only seconds & asking Jesus for help was the only thing that stopped it. You know without a doubt that you're awake.
