I submitt all the document to the bank . And my branch manager send all the document to sbi processing centre after leagal opinion. In the application form I am not mentioned the health insurance cost of uk. So how I get that amount from education loan?

Property we own is on name of my uncle so, if I apply for education loan to study in uk the property needed to be mortgage will be on name of my uncle. So, my query here is; will it create trouble for my visa to be granted in aspect of finances? I heard visa officers do not consider third person's assets as valid proof of funds.
