Make the World Clamor is only good for the energy IMO
The Ultimate damage increase wouldn't be as useful

Sorry but her ultimate does not dmg so Make the World Clamor is almost useless on her. The dmg comes mostly from her talent and basic atk

Break DMG does not scale with ATK her trace does. And you only need 3200. Get your info straight
Also SPD should be a huge priority way more than ATK
There are way too many things wrong with this guide. First of all her single target DMG is actually insane much more than her multi target which is crazy to think for an Erudition character. 2nd of all World Clamor is only for the energy as Rappa's ultimate is not ultimate DMG it just enhances her basic ATK. So it's basic ATK DMG. Not to mention it wouldn't be good anyways as Rappa is a Break DPS and Break DMG does not scale with DMG%
