I feel like weakness implants should be the standard for limited break DPS because unlike crit/debuff carries they're really weak without them

Points to note:

Her ult gives her an extra turn immediately so if you combine that with the fact that her lightcone gives action advance after 2 basic attacks you might want ER to get 100% uptime on her ult

Kalpagni being an on hit effect actually might be viable for Rappa as long as 1 enemy in combat is Fire Weak. The trigger only require you hit one and Rappa with her skill is guaranteed to hit everything. This is a situational use case but it's good to keep in mind if you have pulled for and built her.

Rappa might be useful for future characters (I'm looking at you Fugue) because Exo toughness is definitely gonna come out as a character mechanic

I just have this feeling I need to pull for her as she's really good in Pure Fiction for sure, but most of all I think her character design hits me in the strike zone. Plus she has chunibyo vibes 😂🎉

I really hope they add a character that functions like March 7th Hunt or Jade where they assign a Master inheriting their Power Type while increasing their Stats by an average amount and is able to use Basic Attacks to implant that inherited Type while their Ultimate just gives an Action Forward to a single character but enhances their SPD by 250% and ERR by 180%. This would of course directly buff Rappa herself making her more viable

I wonder if what might help the appeal of Erudtion characters is if they had a trace that intensified their damage the fewer enemies there are.

She’s going to be a relatively cheap character to build, especially if you already have Firefly. You can just give her Firefly’s Iron Cavalry set, since they use the exact same team and stats. Which character you use will just depend on what you’re facing and which one you’re vibing with on that particular day. Just give her a 2-piece Talia and she’s good to go.

Obviously, her level and light cone should be maxed out, and she has a decent F2P option in Eternal Calculus. Otherwise, she only really needs her Talent. For the rest of her main traces, her Ult is just some bonus Break Effect, and her Basic and Skill levels don’t really matter.

I doubt I’m getting her, because 2.7, but I do think she looks pretty great.

for me personally, her design is way better than firefly, and the new quest for rappa is FIRE!

i’m conflicted; i have guaranteed and have saved 31 tickets by now with 60 pity. i can easily get her, but i REALLY don’t like her color palette, her HAT, animations, and her personality as well as voice is iffy for me. i also do not need her, as i’m only missing very few characters out of HSR’s total. i think she has an interesting play style, and I love her outfit tbh. i use Firefly a lot, and she holds up stably for me. i’m unsure if i should get her—as i intended to wait for sunday and fugue—i don’t know if this is my lack of pulling for characters for a while, or if i should really get her.
