Preparing for Extreme Jazz at Vossa Jazz 2011

Fear, joy and excitement are words often used by extreme sport athletes. The words are also well suited to describe how musician and composer Karl Seglem feels about new musical challenges, such as this! Jazzeld means jazz fire and are clues to what we can expect of this year's Extreme jazz. The venue is as always outdoors, this time on the roof of the newly opened culture house at Voss. With the stunning scenery, reckless stunts and a bold composer we are certainly allowed to have some expectations!
