Chris is honestly such a great person. I've been following him since quarantine started and I've seen some pretty big changes. My self esteem has definitely gotten better and I'm extremely thankful for him making these videos because (this sounds so cliche lol) they've actually changed my life in such a positive way. 5:18 - 3 attempts, Handstand hold (/against wall/elevated pike hold/pike hold)
8:14 - 3 attempts, Front lever hold (/single leg front lever hold/tuck front lever hold)

Static exercises are so much underrated. I have the feeling that most focus only on concentric & eccentric movements.

To be honest Chris, I was neglecting my workout since my job has been a stressful place, and it unmotivated my will to lift.
