Solar Panel Basics - Current 101

In this installment of solar basics, it is time to understand current. Current is measured in amperes or amps for short and is a commonly used term but often misunderstood or not understood at all.

Excellent summation on current...well done. I like the "gas tank" analogy when talking about batteries. A bigger gas tank means you can go further...but, you need to fill it up with more gas compared to a smaller tank. Or, having an "engine" with 500 horsepower...you may not need 500 hp every day, but when you need to go fast (or use a lot of power) it is there for you. A small engine and small gas tank, can only do so much.
