Oh my how cute and adorable Benjie is, so glad to have seen this. Been trying to do your routines as often as I could since about 4 months ago and trying to make you part of my daily self care. I wish I had listened to this 6 years ago. I love how you say 'don't let anyone rush you'. I was letting someone rush me and I had a terrible accident in february '15 as a result. Wise words!

Hello! I want to spend a minute to give you some thanks. My family and I recently moved from the states to England and were having a rough go with the transition (Husband, wifey here, two teen girls and one special needs young lady). Our 14 year old and I recently started your 30 days of yoga and are having a BLAST! We were both a bit homesick and feeling the winter blues, but here we are about to start day 6 and we are both already feeling more positive and happier. Thank you very much for this program. My husband is even considering starting it after seeing what an amazing change is taking place with us.
