Classic French Toast with Crema de Coco & Strawberries

A good FOODIE breakfast is quick, easy to make, filling, and sweet!
Ingredients
Cooking Oil Spray of choice
2 large eggs
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
A pinch of salt
1 tbsp. of sugar of choice
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of cinnamon
3-4 strawberries, chopped
2-3 tbsps. of Iberia Crema de Coco
Maple syrup, to taste
1 tbsp. of butter, divided
4-5 slices of bread of choice
Directions
1. Spray griddle with cooking oil and set to 350.
2. Stir well in a bowl all ingredients except for the strawberries, crema de coco, maple syrup, and butter.
3. Coat slices of bread in mixture on both sides.
4. Cook each slice on the griddle until all liquid is absorbed.
5. Once French toast is finished cooking, add to a plate and top each slice of French toast with butter, syrup, and crema de coco.
6. Garnish with strawberries.
7. Transfer the French toast to another plate. With the leftover syrup and crema de coco on the original plate, drizzle it over the French toast and strawberries.
8. Indulge.
