Jinx didn't actually have the hextech orb, it was a product of her imagination just like Silco because when she spits it on to her hand nothing lands, indicating that both Silco and the orb weren't real.

She spits the hexgem but it isn't in her hand or anywhere after that, so it probably was an hallucination

I feel that "Silco" didn't tell her to khs. I watched that scene way too many times to count, so here's my take on it.

"Silco" isn't a hallucination nor some ghost by magic; from what I understand, he's just representing Jinx's conscience. He was the most responsible person Jinx ever got in contact with, so she sees him when trying to find the way to go.

Remember, she tried talking to him before, which never worked, and Jinx is a very theatrical person, so here, her thoughts take his form instead, even the innermost ones from her subconscious.

What "he's telling" is what Jinx actually believes deep down, even if she won't accept it and internalize it consciously. The monologue he tells her, if I understand it correctly, means this:

"Jinx, you are tangled in a vicious cycle of violence and became its biggest maintainer. The reason you're stuck in it is because YOU are limiting yourself into this embodiment of destructive chaos. YOU are the one who built this mental prison and YOU, ONLY YOU, can just decide to walk out of it."

It's not a message telling her "kys", much the opposite: it's her subconscious telling her she is lying to herself, that this 'curse' she has is not real, that she isn't a jinx and can turn around, but that she has to BELIEVE she can before it.

Problem is... she can't. That's why she leaves to kill herself. She finds that the best solution to the conundrum is to, well... burn down the conundrum.

She interprets it wrongly, partly so on purpose, because the thought she's bad by nature is so deep within her core she just cannot let go of it, cannot believe she is anything beyond 'a jinx'.

And so, she's back to her little tragic story, destroying the monster she is in a blaze of glory, akin to what she earlier tried to do to herself and her sister in their fight...

Only to be stopped by someone who isn't watching the narrative. AGAIN.

HEAR ME OUT. Maybe Jinx spitting out the hexgem was symbolic of her letting go of Silco. During Powder's scenes, she is always seen with a small stuffed rabbit toy. Yet with Jinx, she is always carrying the Hexgem while under Silco. Pair this with this being the only Silco scene in the whole second season and the colour of his eye being the dame shade of blue, maybe it is Jinx letting go of her last piece of family, finally freeing her to do what she wants.
