Cute selection Jess. My struggle with jeans at the moment is fitting them over the top of ankle boots. Unless you get a sock boot the leg part of the boot is always too wide/too long for the jean unless the jeans are a wide leg, aarrgghh !!! x

Very timely! I just bought today the Levi’s 314 shaping straight, which I never had before, but they are perfect for my being very short waisted. I, too, wanted a straight leg, darker indigo wash for more polished look than all my wide legged, loose fitting, and am keeping my skinny’s out of rotation for now. My quandry is where to have tailor shorten, as my inseam was not available. Do you feel straight leg should be more cropped like a skinny leg or hit around ankle bone? I would like to raise enough so no color transfer to lighter shoes and be versatile for flats, Slingbacks with kitten heel, trainers etc. it doesn’t look right to me to have a break in the leg- any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for all your great videos!
