His understanding or harmony is unbelievable. He is such a talented musician.

Don't let the talent distract you from the fact that even though there are 6 Jacobs, there are only 3 different hairstyles.

The first Jacob looks like that dude from Toy Story who blew up his toys.

Played this song at the cremation of my dad last week. He was a conservatory teacher for over 40 years, solfege was his brand. Didn't appreciate any kind of modern music, mostly stuck with established classical and jazz orders. But Jacob seemed to be the exception to the rule for him. We kept exchanging works he brought out, and we would marvel at what Jacob had come up with every time.

Sad that dad isn't alive anymore, but grateful we at least had some things in common, Jacob Collier and Japanese pianist Hiromi being the most predominant. Thanks Jacob for bringing families together.

Great voice quality. Incredible range. Perfect timing. Awesome intonation. Extraordinary piano solo. Fantastic arranging skills. Exceptional harmonies. It seems impossible that one person can have this much talent. That's why he is 7 people.

I loved it 11 years ago - and I love it today. :-) The musical genius of his generation...maybe ANY generation! Thank you, Jacob, for your beautiful soul & AWESOME musical imagination!

Remember he uploaded this to make you excited about how beautiful music can be - not for you to compare your music ability and output. Also to flex because he is a silly boy. But mostly so you can chase the good music of the world and enjoy it while we live on this earth. Happy 30 silly boy!

I’m 15 and this is the ultimate motivation to learn harmony to the same level as this! It’s amazing.

He was only 17 when he uploaded this video...that's my age! And all I've accomplished in life is nothing compared to him.

this is what modern audio/video technology and recording techniques does best. I could watch and listen to this talented young man for a very long time. And, as stated in the introduction, NO AUTO-TUNE!
