I really love Rick Steves videos. He really knows the countries so well and is so informative in the most pleasant way. I watched every single travel video on Europe until I had to start watching them again so I am so glad he is making new videos.. I’ve traveled the world on you tube with Steve as my guide. I hope to someday travel all of Europe in actuality and I will be acquainted with many countries, because of the videos. Bravo

Cruising is a great economical way to sample areas. Then make note of the areas that you want to travel back to and explore more in-depth for a non-cruise trip. At least that's what we're doing

Love cruising. Five couples who have been friends since grade school, now in our late 50s, it s got something for everyone. Every year or two, off we go. Some stay on ship all the time, some will do one excursion per cruise, and some adventure off on their own at port. Just don t be late, we get back an hour early to be sure not to miss embarking on time. The ship won t wait for you if you are not booked through their excursion. Wake up to a new adventure every day. Evenings, entertainment and dancing with life long friends. We all love it.

Thank you so very much, Rick and the team. I've been to many parts of the world, but never on a cruise ship. This video is a knowledgeable and entertaining display of what can be experienced on an entire cruise. I can feel a slice of fun at sea, watching this video.

Visiting those beautiful European tourist spots would be great fun and require lots of energy & tolerance of heat + sweating. Your video brings traveling pleasure at a home's comfort. I always remember to LIKE all your videos that I watch (and share some with friends) --- that is a form of appreciation for your precious contribution.

Rick Steves always does a great job and always enjoy watching his shows, even the reruns. I think cruises are a great alternative to the bus tours where you are in multiple hotels and on and off the bus. At least on the cruise, you unpack once.

I still wish I could travel back in time to book a cruise across the Atlantic on a legendary ocean liner, such as the Queen Mary or the Normandie. As nice as your video shows a cruise can still be, modern ocean liners can't compare with the old classics.

You can use your origin or destination ports to do traditional tourism. For example, go to London for a few days touring, then head to Southampton to catch a cruise.

Hi Mr. Steves. I definitely had a peek into life on a cruise ship. I had first hand information from family members but to get to see the inside of a cruise ship was an experience on its own. Thank you for some of those handy tips. I will surely bear them in mind when I embark upon my first cruise.
