HOUSTON (KIAH) -- An 18-wheeler attempting to drive through a flooded roadway gets swallowed by high water in Shepherd. In the video, you can see the truck sliding into the trees. The driver, wearing a bright green shirt crawled out of the window trying to make his way to the top of the cab. CW39 is happy to report the driver is ok.
