All you need to do is install an app called "Inshot" It's a freemium and is available on both iOS and Android.

1) Go to Inshot and then you'll be presented with 3 main buttons. Make sure to click on the "Video" button.
2) Select the video you want to turn into a GaryVee Style content.
3) Once it's opened, click on "Canvas" option and select 1:1 ratio.
It's done!
These kinds of videos work superb on Instagram and is also my technique to boost engagement on any Instagram profile!
