So the all new Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 finally hit the US market well over a month after it hit the European market. In this video we cover the unboxing, first impressions and hands on the all new 2022 galaxy tab A8. I have to admit that this tablet kind of caught me off guard in terms of first impressions. All of the leaks that we had seen on the galaxy tab a8 prior to it dropping did not make it as exciting as the actual tablet makes it to be. This is will be a very good device to compare not only to the samsung galaxy tab a7 but also the samsung galaxy tab s6 lite and others. So far my impressions of the galaxy tab a8 2022 are pretty positive; for an android budget tablet dropped in 2022, the tab a8 seems to show some potential that I will need to confirm in the full review video.

Bought this tablet without thinking 2 days ago, and did not regret it. Great screen and battery life, good speakers, overall great tablet for my media consumption. It can even play games like Genshin Impact and CoD Mobile without any crazy frame drops. One thing that I think would make this tablet even better is an official keyboard case from Samsung because typing on the screen this big is not that convenient, but you can connect any Bluetooth keyboard and mouse to it and it just works. Thinking about getting a keyboard case from Brydge, but not sure if it works with Android tablets.

I waited for this tablet to arrive, but seeing that it comes with unisoc chipset I went with iPad 9 and I’m not regretting my decision. Yes I love android and I miss it on my tablet, still Samsung should have made a tablet similar to s6 lite which it terrible needs at least in my opinion. Also keep up the good work man I found your channel 6 months ago and its a pleasure to see someone who keeps us regularly informed about the state of the tablets, so big thanks.

Guys please stop hating on samsung samsung has over 30 phones and more than 13 tablets made they are trying their best thy work way too hard for us to just hate on the device unlike iphone it only has 13 phones and a couple tablets made I'm not hating iphone is one of my favourite brands but I'm just saying pick this over the s6 because of its price but if you have the money to buy the s6 or s6 lite go ahead 💕😀

I've just upgraded from my tablet from 2018 😂😂 so to me this tablet feels like the most premium device I've ever seen 😂

im soeey for the money that the Samsung line pushes out in tablets there should not if any lag at all...don't really see any upgrade from the S7 or the A7 we have ...but....its ok I suppose for a student...to rock ..great info tho as always

Hey Ivan, side by side same video playback on Netflix, is there a difference between it and the A7?

I am amazed at how expensive it is becoming to buy anything with a stylus once s6 is phased out.

Really disappointed in Samsung for this one, it's pretty much the a7 redesigned with maybe a new core and ram, and two more speakers plus some tweaking.
I originally had a tab a10.1 2016, and am now using the a10.1 2019 which I yoinked from my sister. And honestly really can't see any reason to upgrade to this thing. It would be an extreme gamechanger if Samsung slapped a digitizer in the tablet so it gets spen functionality. If it was me they could keep all the specs the way it currently is with it's 3Gb ram and 64Gigs of storage.
