Great video Wayne. I didn’t know to push through the balls of my feet on the drive. I have been trying to push through the heels! Also I noticed that your heels barely lift at all on the Catch. My heels do lift. I’ve been working on improving my ankle flexibility so hoping I can eventually lose my heel lift.
