FIX: DELL keyboard not working in Windows 10/8/7 (3 METHODS)

1: Restart your laptop.
2: Uninstall your Dell laptop keyboard driver.
3: Update your Dell laptop keyboard driver.

All the videos say this same thing.: Re-install, re-set, or update your keyboard (or other) drivers. It does not work. Restarting the laptop works rarely. The best answer is - if you have a Dell laptop - stay away from them next time. This is on ongoing problem that they have refused to fix.

A lot of these "solutions" presume that you can get to the Windows desktop. But what if you can't even get past the login screen? None of these solutions will work. In my case, not even the virtual keyboard will work.
