Head of Xbox Phil Spencer talks about Bethesda games being exclusive to the Xbox platform. Saying that the PlayStation 5 sales aren't needed to make a profit.

Playstation is only competing with Xbox in one market, while Xbox is now in all three with Game Pass and xCloud. You can love Playstation, but Xbox is doing an amazing job of expanding to all gaming markets!

Bethesda games on playstation were always worse anyway. Fallout 4 played slightly better on Xbox One, and had ACTUAL mod support.

I think Microsoft will earn back their money, because it will make people switch to the Xbox ecosystem. And that will make people by games on Xbox, from Xbox game studios.

I know that a lot of people are divided over Microsoft's acquisition of Zenimax but several years from now, I think a lot of people will look back at it as being a great business moved that helped to preserve one of gaming's biggest publishers. I think a point that has been mentioned about Amazon and Google not knowing what they are doing and not being passionate about gaming is very accurate. Also if Amazon and Google choose to buy studios or a publisher, I think it wouldn't work out well in the long run and could result in them being shut down if either company decides to pull the plug on their game streaming service.

Yeah I think the future games of Bethesda will be Xbox exclusive. I mean it just makes sense. Why would they put them on PlayStation? They make more money if people come to there ecosystem and get game pass

The math on putting games on PS5 just doesnt make sense. Even if they sell 5 million copies (which is highly optimistic) at 70 bucks a pop, 30% of that is a one-time 105 million. Game pass makes Microsoft 150 million every single month. Bringing new players into the Xbox ecosystem yields far better returns than those 1-time purchases.
