Microsoft whole problem is how Phil Spencer runs the company then he puts 50 million ads in front of you like the fan base didn't say get rid of the ads and he puts more ads that's what happened everybody they left and it's going to continue to happen until he leaves Xbox ran perfectly before he showed up
