For anyone that is confused by the door not opening. After putting the fuse in run directly to the blue card room. The fuse is on a "timer" I was lost for awhile but that did the trick.

Fun fact when you are opening wheel room at water treatment you only have to hold E for about 1.5 seconds. After that you can let go of E and the door will open by itself as long as you are standing next to it. I just find this trick helpful because I don’t have to be focusing on holding an extra key.

Yeah, you need to come in off the water tower and scout the place, grab the 2 crates, jump in hazy under the radioactive bit, swing up the first float tank, and grab the mill crates that's there sometimes, then you hit the garage. Take the two creates on each side after starting the puzzle. Grab the diesel on the way to blue coming up the back to check for campers. Run blue, grab the last 2 diesel on the way out one at the shed, and one up the ladder behind the garage. then bounce. I can run the whole thing in 10 minutes and it's about 85% of the monument's loot with the least time spent and a full spot of the monument before you commit.

You also need to bring a hazmat suite. I went without one and got 189 rads from walking into a small building on the outskirts of plant

you forgot to mention the crate spawns around the monument and the parkour. there is several food, medical and regular crates there as well

Another thing not mentioned, the red card room has radiation damage even if you have a hazmat on. So if your going for the red card, *make it quick*
