Find Alpha Lipoic Acid in your diet!

Organ meat is one of your best bets when it comes to alpha lipoic acid.

Under certain conditions the nutrient becomes more essential (called "conditional essentiality") - and getting it from your diet becomes more important.

While you can eat alpha lipoic acid from your diet, you won't see the therapeutic benefits that you would get from using a supplement.

Research has shown that many diseases have benefited from the therapeutic use of alpha lipoic acid.

Love when you point out “competing” substances. As a diabetic I do take Alpha Lipoic Acid - 400mg 3x a day. How much Biotin should be taken to keep a balance AND taken at separate times?

I'm looking into it as a heavy metal binder. Is that it's general function to clean you out or is it more of a positive side effect?

Can I take it if my ferritin is low? I heard that it can lower iron.

What if you just take a large does of biotin with your ALA?

I read that ALA can chelate heavy metals. Is that true?

Could liver supplements cause liver enzymes to increase? I was going to purchase these beef liver supplements and saw a review that someone said it caused their liver enzymes to go up.
