Deep cleaning??? You people clean only if the house is cleaned and you don't have to do much work. When the actual cleaning comes, you deny the service. Mine was a brand new apartment with no furniture and you denied the service because the kitchen cabinets had some stickers and it takes time for you to remove them. And when i question you people just walk away without giving proper explaination..i paid 1500 to the maid and got it cleaned. I think even urban people could have not performed such a good job..

Very unprofessional after booking they can cancel anytime without informing , during Diwali its a hassle calling them I am currently faced this issue

2 untrained persons arrived with Harpic, Lizol & Utensils steel scrubber who never done cleaning before in their life.
Due to current COVID Situation we are in different room and after verifying we are shocked to see the people using steel scrubber to clean the floor and they are not listening also.
And after seeing the work closely informed vendor that we are not satisifed and they are not trained.
Vendor promised that he will come and clean, Waited for 3 hours he didnt come .
Bathroom is same before and after cleaning attached pics, Scaling also not removed .
Also Informed urban clap, They liased with vendor but nothing happened .
After waiting for another hour asked urban clap to cancel the service .
We lost one day and utterly frustrated and disappointed with the service .
Vendor left house with incomplete work .

There is no way to follow up with urban clap . they do not have direct number to contact .
They say in 24 hours you get resolution but no body wil respond to you .
Such a pathetic experience from urban clap and vendor .

Please pay extra to your house maid and they will do much better than urban company
