Urban clap service has become worse. I got water purifier repaired in Jan including replacement of parts but it started giving trouble in 2 months. Warranty over by then. There is no way to complain. I booked new one with payment and got slot after 4 days. Their service person did not turn up. They have new time next day but no luck. They changed slots twice and finally said to cancel and rebook after waiting for 7 days. Their help chat is horrible.
