Thank you for this great video, very informative. My favorite way to eat cabbage is to chop green and red cabbage, carrots, beet root, ginger in a food processor then I pour raw apple cider vinegar and raw honey over it; add some raisins and this can last in the refrigerator for a whole week. In fact I made a batch and forgot to use it and weeks later I was about to throw it out; but the vinegar and honey had preserved it, so it was good after about a month.
