I really liked listening to your perspective on this treatment. Thanks for sharing. It's the perfect treatment for someone who is genuine about improving weight loss, muscle tone etc, but who needs a barrier breaker (ie. If it's hard to break the cellulite/fat down) extra encouragement, or someone time poor, to get started on a plan to improve how they look. It is an add on after a gym session, but do make good healthy food choices and drink lots of water.

I had this treatment on my last cruise. I agree that for what it cost and the fraction of visible result This service really is not the Time and Place to experience this service. Not while on vacation not when I am going to enjoy all the food and drink options and other indulgences at every moment of every day of vacation. All that to say this service is better suited for on land in my home town and as part of non vacation life. Thanks for another Great video and is thoroughly informative.

Thanks for your testimony. I was curious how other people's experiences compared to mine. I just had the ionetherme treatment done about a week ago on the Mardi Gras Cruise because they gave us a discounted package after the pamper party. Paid about 150$ including gratuity for 5 different areas. I started about 155lbs 5'5" with alot of uncomfortable bloating and never have done a detox before. It was a very embarrassing experience for me and I was mostly uncomfortable due to my body, but the overall treatment was okay. The clay felt nice and the serums also felt nice. The electric stimuli took me about 10 minutes to get used to it and I had alot of toxins come out of my body in the form of a stinky liquid which made me feel gross. I didn't see drastic immediate results, however, being a few days later I can actually attest that I've lost 5 lbs and my bloated puffy stomach is pretty much gone. I can actually see a difference personally on my body but I would classify myself as only slightly overweight. I'm 28 so I have very minimal cellulite and not an apparent change there. But the detox did wonders for me. Not a huge fan of the process though myself.

I did this treatment. I’ve had two natural births, a tattoo that covers my rib cage and over 20 piercings so it’s not like I have a low pain tolerance. I kid you not it felt like I was going into active labor.y technician left the room for a moment, it got progressively worse I cried out and a random therapist had to come unplug the machine. I lost one inch in some places and a second in the other but I ended the session early and would never do it again.

I appreciate you trying something that I would never select myself. I am blessed to have some terrific spas near my home that I treat myself to on special occasions. Sadly, I've had several disappointing experiences with cruise ship spas over standard services such as pedicures and Swedish massages that left me frustrated & not relaxed at all. Mostly due to unhappy staff members and upsell tactics. I now avoid and ignore the spa unless I have a lot of OBC to use it or lose it.

Never done the algae with the electric stimulation. Only did the algae. Ot was gross. I couldn't stand the smell. I made the tech taken it off before the time was up. It was so stinky. And it made me itchy all over. I immediately showered. There was a shower in the room. This is not for me. Won't do it again. But I am sure there are people who do like it. I stick to the regular messages now. lately I huat haven't been getting one done because the price had increased significantly. Rather spend money on another part of my vacation.

Men don't have cellulite because the hormone testosterone. Men who have less testosterone tend to be less muscular looking (especially if they dont engage in weight training) and can get cellulite more easily.
