Did You Know In DAREDEVIL…

There is actually a character who has villainous ties to the comic books. Throughout the show, we get to know Melvin Potter, who makes Wilson Fisk’s suits for him, and actually creates the traditional Daredevil suit for Matt Murdock which debuts in the Season One finale. It just so happens that in the comics, though Potter is known as a costume designer which influences part of the version we meet in the show, he is also known as the villain Gladiator who goes up against Daredevil. This comic book relationship is given a nod when the two eventually come to blows.
