I call that first coat the 'base coat'. Lol I really loved how it turned out! And the close up was even better as I could see the graduation of the colors from the inside out going from a darker color to a light color then fade to the white. For me I especially liked seeing those very fine 'bubbles' before you added the silicone with the flicking. Great video! Never know what the end product is going to present to us till it is completely dried! For the turn of the wave I would need one of those lazy Susan type turn tables! LOL

Sarah Mack has used 1-2 oz of paint and then adds up to 7 oz flotrol to dark colors and the paint goes really far, and without sililicon gets great cells. I know you like Prussian blue and Hanes grey she added metallic blue to them and got some pretty cool colors. Love the abstract and the lacing. Thought I'd share that. You gotta torch it.

Hello. I have been looking for your fabrics on spoonflower but only found one very dark with mirrored trianangles. Is that the only one available?

I always pour the same way expecting something different every time. Does that make me/us insane?

If you turn your right hand outward to start the swipe it will be easier to get the curl and you close your hand back toward your body.

This wave is so awesome.. I'm very new to paint pouring. N Art but have been playing for a year or so. Would u mind telling me what n where the dents in the paints. Is that the silicone? N does it go away?
