No volvería a contactar con Avis en la vida. Esto es un engaño absoluto a los clientes. ¿Cuál es su política de precios de seguros? ¿De dónde sacan el coste del seguro 2 veces superior al precio del coche? El gerente tomó mi tarjeta tranquilamente sin avisarme y quiso cargar más de 2500 euros de ella, ¡mientras decía un precio diferente! En el sitio web de Avis, al hacer la reserva, el coste era de 1090 euros. El gerente habló de franquicias de 3600 euros, ¡pero no hay tal información en los términos y condiciones! ¿Están locos? Sus coches no son nuevos y el servicio es terrible. ¡Enseñen mejor a sus gerentes y cambien su página web si tienen tantas condiciones! No volveré a acudir a ustedes y no los recomendaré a nadie.
