Highn blood pressure is not the issue. There are several reputable studies showing its the ACE2 inhibitors that are the problem. They even recommend discontinuing ACE2 inhibitors. The COVID19 attaches to ACE2's on the cells and these medication provide an entry path for COVID19.

There should be a study of the type of medication (or none) a seriously ill COVID-19 patient with hypertension is taking. Is there a higher incidence with one class of medication over another?

Dr Mike Hanson did good video yesterday outlining the entire ACE process, and said current research indicates the 2 meds in question may actually make one less prone to acquiring the virus.
