Cheese Sable Cookie | Sablés au fromage

Sometimes I feel like having cookies but not of the sweet sort. So I made something different : these are savoury. Of course you can enjoy them as aperitive finger food, but you could add them to the kids afternoon snack too. Give them a try.

Ingredients :
- 55g unsalted butter
- 10g shredded cheese (your choice)
- 30g parmesan cheese
- 60g cake flour
- 10-12g sugar
- 1 tsp milk
- salt and pepper
- 18g almond powder

thanks for recipe. I bake it today and it's so so good. This is so easy to make but so delish. I use age cheeder and parmesan and the hint of black paper Love it. Many thanks. ❤❤❤

When I make these I use half cheddar and half Parmesan cheese and I add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the dough plus I sprinkle flaked salt on top when they come out of the oven. They are addictive.
