Some of the Optiplex like 9010 9020 will have the USB 3.0 header.

Yooo! Is that optiplex model before the optioned switched to OEM PSU sizes and connectors? I’ve flipped the ones with 4790s in em but you can’t use cable extensions or the original PSU

Hey there quick question. I have a motherboard gigabyte b450m. It doesn't have the rgb header. So I thought I need to buy a sata rgb connector to control rgb. You are telling me that if I can switch it to reset headers, I can control rgb?

NICE!! I’ve never done an Optiplex flip but it seems like an OK experience! I agree with @Shadowzz. about the motherboard, but the RGB does hide it well. Great video!

how come every new gaming pc is meh looking, a 2014 optiplex box isin't exactly stunning but the first optiplex generations look way better than the hyper flashy RGB guady cheesy trends, also you talk shit about it like its not supposed to be a mass bought shitty office PC, disprespecting old technology not for its flaws but just because its old is very cringe, gaming computers looked good when UI was actually made for computers, i feel like all the guady or minamalist 2015-2025 era technology is going to be super dated in a few years, moreso feeling dated than all the 2000s PC's
