*SPOILERS*
Starbucks was one of the best characters in the show
They were so passive aggressive towards everyone, you could never tell if they actually wanted you dead or if they were just trying to be funny. When Domino's was defeated, it had the entire fandom split on whether Starbucks was gonna be the next villain or not

But subway was also pretty good, they were the second villain to be redeemed. (I guess the writers learned their lesson when the entire fandom flipped out when they redeemed Dairy queen, the fandom hated that decision so much that the writers had to make her a villain again). They were always trying to make up for the stuff they did as a villain, even though the entire cast already forgave them, and that gave-way to some of the funniest humor in the entire show!

Least favorite character, I'll have to agree with everyone else that reformed dairy queen was THE WORST THING EVER, she was so rude, and not in a funny way. Even though they still acted like a jerk, everyone still treated them like she was a god and could do no wrong now that she was redeemed.

Favorite arc has to be the rivalry between the secondary characters Dunkin' Donuts and King Supers

Least favorite arc was Dairy Queen's redemption arc, it was forced and rushed. (Dairy Queen just shouldn't have been redeemed in the first place, but the writers did show that they learned when they redeemed subway)

Arby's would be best Villain/Rival of the series. A Meme Cowboy with the support of all social media and the force of the Internet behind them... They don't really have a mascot aside from the far though as far as I'm aware. Probably gonna be some of those faceless anime Villain drama shot of just the hat, or shots from behind. *"What?! You've never heard of Arby?! They say he can fold cardboard into any shape imaginable..." Dramatic pan across the top of somebody's head who is wearing the Arby's hat without showing face*

Or maybe some legendary hero who used the force of the Internet and social media to their advantage, and Wendy must now follow in Arby's ways.
