If you have pain in both the elbows, do you need to inject the same dose to both of them?

I second the noble prize comment. The ab roller killed my elbows. I've been kicking around the idea of doing more BPC 157 but it wasn't real sure like where to jab it in my elbows and not make things worse. 🙌 Should you inject as close to the area of concern is possible?

WORKED great. Thanks very much. Question: do you think this would work for a site specific injection of the front / outer deltoid region? Ortho docs are telling me they think it's "radiating pain" or "transferring pain" from a partial rotator cuff tear, but i think its more from bicep tendonitis in or near the bicipital groove (or that sheath that the tendon runs under). Do you think the chip-clip technique is the best for this area as well?
