i love the little random scratches like strokes on the end result

i see that a lot, but i do wonder what their purpuse are, are they volongtary mistakes to deturn the eyes from potential unvolontary ones?

they are clearly added as last step, so they are not results of the basic painting process

@fowlerillus - Out of curiosity, what is the DPI for this digital work and what opacity did you set the orange tint? Did you do line first and filled it in with the dark turquoise or silhouette first, then line work? Thank you for answering. :)
