Hello, I have had 2 Dyson vacuum cleaners for 2 or 3 years, one in my regular home and one in my holiday home. I am delighted with their efficiency and light weight. At 73 years old, my back does not allow me to carry a lot. I want to buy 2 Dyson Washers but the current one does not completely solve my problem. I suggest that they add a small rectangular or triangular accessory to clean corners and places where it does not fit because it is a large square surface, such as behind the toilets. I could use the microfibre cloth attached with Velcro or in another way. As it is, the current one does not allow cleaning corners or small spaces and forces me to carry the bucket and wring out to clean those surfaces. If I have to do it for corners and small spaces, it is not worth it for me, I do it for the whole house as I have done until now. I hope that they take my suggestion into account and I can soon make my purchase. Kind regards.

The Wash G1 encounters several performance and design issues that compromise its effectiveness. After each cleaning cycle, the tray and rollers remain damp for days, leading to unwanted moisture retention. Large debris, such as oatmeal, often gathers along the edges of the collection tray instead of being fully collected, indicating a design flaw in debris management. Additionally, the clean water tank cap traps water, creating the risk of mildew buildup over time.

At a price point of $700, the Wash G1 lacks key features present in similarly priced models, such as the Tineco S7 Pro. The S7 Pro, for example, boasts a larger, more user-friendly LCD display, a dirt sensor that adjusts cleaning power based on debris levels, and both forward and backward self-propulsion for easier handling. It also includes a water electrolyzation feature, eliminating the need for cleaning formulas. Its six-minute cleaning cycle thoroughly clears debris from the soft roller and internal ducts, whereas the Wash G1’s cleaner head has numerous small crevices that require manual cleaning to fully remove built-up debris.

The Wash G1, like Dyson’s 360 Vis Nav robot, is another swing-and-miss for the brand.

How do you prevent the dense microfiber rollers from growing mold while it's not being used? Will the self cleaning be enough? Will this be ok to use with all forms of liquid solvents like oil and alcohol?

I have a v10 vacuum and I swear by it, my only issue is the battery is not easily changed. They missed an opportunity there by having a spare clip on battery that can be charged via plug in. This new product looks appealing but will it suffer from the same issue? Nobody want a partially cleaned floor because of battery loss midway through. At least if the spare battery is a clip on attachment it's a win

Dyson / Experiencing the water leaking from the bottom part when not using. Do you know how to stop it?? Can we leave the water in the upper tank after usage??

It took an additional 10-15 minutes to remove the hair left on the roller brush, which was very disappointing to me, not only did I need to clean the floor but my hands as well!

It needs a lot of cleaning after use and it’s not the best build quality. It doesn’t get right to the edge.

Can you stop making a plasticy-feeling product? the parts feel loose and shaky, like a very cheap product, but they are very expensive, DREAME feels much more premium than Dyson, and it has an automatic washing and drying system, only a quarter of the price of Dyson wake up!!
