Please include the complete original idea @ 34- second mark: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed BY THEIR CREATOR (all caps are mine, for emphasis) with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.
There’s so much more to know and explore in the history being addressed; please keep researching and reporting as much truth as possible without omitting important parts. In defense of no man, white or other, slavery is still common around the world, and many are oppressed by all ethnicities. Thanks so much!

3:00 "Almost all of the founders were slave owners, and they didn't seem to notice any contradiction between the idea that all men are created equal, and keeping Africans in perpetual bondage." That is verifiably false, and is deserving of a dislike. The problem wasn't that none of them knew, it's that they compromised.

He whoever destabilizes structure is performing ethical work; whereas those who aim to keep the status quo are engaged in highly immoral work- as are all defenders of the or any establishment or established authority system at all.

Why is it that modern day educators leave out the most important reference to this phrase? “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their CREATOR with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” America was founded by Christian leaders of the 56 signers of The Declaration of Independence, 54 were definitely Christian!

The reason why these facts are little known? Read the first “Humanist Manifesto” that was written by Charles Potter in the 1930’s and it was supported by John Dewey who was considered the founder of modern American public education. Their intent was to omit, as much as possible, any reference to Christ in our history. This is your left wing ideology that started early in our history.
