Who in their* right mind would change their username to support some stranger on the internet because they really like the work they do?!? Madness.

I think it's possible that Atomic Shrimp is the only person on YouTube who's using the site correctly. Come for the weird stuff in a can, get reeled in by the scam baiting, wind up sincerely enjoying foraging for wild garlic videos. Everyone else is doing this wrong.

“Those are words”
Monica Flange has quickly become my favorite of your personas, she’s just airy enough to get the scammers on the hook but stubborn and weirdly intelligent enough to shut them down. Dry humor at its peak

That final "It's a secret" was priceless!

He never even asked how you ended up in Brazil.. I wanted to hear that story.

Nice work..

"I'm sure you will recommend people to me" is such a vague, slightly ironic statement for them to make yet also kinda sounds like a threat...

I used to bait these scammers before I got into uni. I put them through hell and back through various means, including adding them to groups where I’d just spam them, frustrating them by persistently asking for proof and delaying the payment, flirting with them and on one occasion, conversing in a made-up language not too dissimilar to old Norse.

I once had urbertexpic, it's hard when you don't know if you have a tech support issue or a skin condition.

Step 3: Do nothing seems pretty unusual to me. I thought Step 3 is always "Demand more money".

I desperately need a "Termicist - It's a kind of computer, apparently" sticker for my laptop.

Ubertexpic? Easy fix. Use your atypical flange sprocket on your spunkwave actuator. That's what I'd do.

The PTSD for people that are scammed and the feeling of shame and stupidity, make the perpetrators of such things truly unpleasant material, so vile they are beyond words actually

Hope we can buy "TERMICIST It's a kind of computer apparently" merch soon😄

That ending was so funny! Turning the tables on the scammer.

I believe the best way to engage the scammers in comments is to say untrue hurtful things about the person(scammer) they said helped them. Shrimp has done this before by commenting that the random name scammer had chucked his neighbours dog in a wood chipper if I remember correctly 😂🤣🤦

I like how the hacker needs a deposit so that he can purchase the tools required to hack someone. Like, why would he not already have all the tools he needs; this is the service that HE'S offering. And then he accuses his victim of not being ready.

I feel like scammers should start questioning if they are being trolled or not every time they talk to someone

I like the idea of 'This is my work, it's what I do. So pay me, so I can get the tools necessary to do my work'

For me the most bizarre thing is when scammers pretend they’re victim of scam or try to convince you that other person is scamming you, and they’re not. I just can’t comprehend this level of absurdity.
