My Biggest Concern with "Virtual" Brokers is the FACT that Newer Agents are Running Around really without any Supervision...maybe OK for "traditional" sales but for Contracts with Issues...well...neither Sellers nor Buyers will be happy when they end up in Litigation over "issues" that Professionals should have helped them avoid.
